1、 Product introduction

SZG series center drive mud scraper is a kind of suspended mud removal equipment, which is suitable for the removal of sludge in the round primary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank and concentration tank in water treatment engineering.

2、 Structural characteristics

The sedimentation tank is of concrete or steel structure, the bottom of the tank is slightly cone-shaped, and the center of the tank bottom is the sludge discharge bucket connected with the sludge discharge pipe. The working bridge is of concrete or steel structure. This equipment does not include the pool body and working bridge. The user can solve it by himself. Our factory can design and manufacture the steel structure pool body and working bridge on behalf of the user.

The scraper is composed of rake frame, vertical shaft drive device and over torque safety device.

The rake frame is composed of two large rakes and two small rakes in a cross shape, which is parallel to the slightly conical pool bottom. The rake frame and the vertical shaft are fixed and connected with crosshead. The bearing on the vertical shaft is a combination of centripetal and thrust bearing, lubricated with lubricating fat. Underwater is a sliding bearing, which is composed of nylon bushing and lubricated with pressure water.

The lower end of the vertical shaft extends into the mud hopper, and the lower end of the shaft is fastened with a mud scraper to scrape the mud accumulated in the mud hopper, so as to discharge evenly.

The driving device is a three-stage vertical cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which is connected with a vertical shaft by a jaw type coupling. The reducer is fixed on the base of the working bridge. The over torque safety device is a safety shear pin, which is assembled in the chip embedded coupling. In case of over torque during operation, the shear pin will be cut off to protect the whole mechanical equipment from damage.

4、 Installation and operation requirements

The upper plane of the rack must be leveled, with an allowance of 0.50 ‰. The output shaft of the reducer and the vertical shaft are connected by a jaw type coupling. There are three pin holes in the coupling, and each pin hole is provided with a shear safety pin, which is used for cutting the torque of over torque and protecting the whole machine.

The tolerance between the bottom edge of the rake teeth of the scraper and the pool bottom shall be 50mm ± 100mm.

At the lower end of the vertical shaft, install the sliding bearing and nylon bushing above the sludge discharge bucket, and lubricate it with compressed water. The dg15 lubricating water pipe must be set, which is led to the bottom of the pool from the outside of the pool and buried at the bottom of the pool. The external surface of the water pipe cannot be higher than the surface of the pool bottom. It extends outside the mud hopper and connects with the pipe joint of the sliding bearing. Only when constant pressure water is introduced to ensure good lubrication, can the test run be carried out. During normal operation, it is also necessary to connect the pressure clean water before start-up to keep the underwater bearing well lubricated.

The centripetal bearing and thrust bearing components at the upper end of the vertical shaft are lubricated with grease, which is required to be well lubricated.

During the test run, the whole machine shall run at no load for no less than 2 hours, and the operation shall be stable with noise below 80dB. The on load test run shall not be less than 24 hours.
