V-shaped filter is a form of fast filter. It is named after the shape of its water inlet tank is V-shaped. It is also called uniform filter (its filter material adopts uniform filter material, i.e. uniform filter material), six valve filter (there are six main valves on various pipelines).

After the water to be filtered passes through the water inlet valve and square hole from the main water inlet channel, the overflow weir mouth enters the V-shaped groove flooded by the water to be filtered through the side hole, and then enters the filter through the uniform water distribution hole and V-shaped groove weir at the bottom of the groove respectively. The filtered water filtered by the uniform filter material filter layer flows into the bottom space through the long handle filter head, and then flows into the air and water distribution canal from the square hole, and flows into the clear water through the water seal well, outlet weir and clear water channel in the pipe gallery Pool.
V-type filter operation management
(1) The V-shaped groove on both sides of the pool and the sharp crested weir in the center of the pool are used for overflow and drainage.
(2) The coarse and thick sand filter with single layer and uniform particles is adopted.
(3) The filter bed is used to backwash the air and water with low backwashing strength at the same time without expansion, and the surface with raw water is swept.
