2、 Connection and installation of aeration pipe
The aerator consists of aerator, gas distribution pipe, tee, cross, elbow, regulator, connector, cleaning device, etc. The air distribution pipeline is arranged in the usual ring, the aerator is arranged in the density according to the air supply volume and pool shape, the connection between the aerator and the air distribution pipeline is G3 / 4 thread, the base is internal thread (fixed on the air distribution pipeline) and the aerator is external thread. When installing, fix the regulator at the bottom of the pool with the expansion bolt according to the required size, and then fix the air distribution pipeline on the regulator with the hoop to prevent In other operations such as electric welding sparks and civil engineering, when concrete and other heavy objects damage the aerator, the aerator must be installed before water discharge after the completion of civil engineering. In order to prevent air leakage of pipeline and connecting part, the water shall be discharged to a depth of about 10cm above the bottom of the aerator for leakage test. If air leakage is found in the connecting part of the pipeline, it shall be removed in time and then put into operation formally.
